Nikon D3100
This is my first DSLR camera. I had a hard time choosing between a Canon camera and different versions of the Nikon DSLR series. I was going to go for the D90 because it's a more entry-intermediate level camera and I didn't want to be stuck with too noobie of a device. But I opted for the newer and much cheaper D3100 because it's small, fast, and affordable. I realize that the photography I'll be taking is really just things that interest me or things of the mundane, like my every day life. I don't expect to take magnificent photos unless I travelled around the world. For now, this camera is very powerful and shoots beautiful images. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a high quality digital camera for every day use or even photographers starting out.
